Location
We booked a triple room for three adults and were assigned a double room with a much lower bed than the others and a much thinner and poorer mattress, located at the foot of the two beds with very little space to go to the bathroom. In addition, one of them had to be accessed through the foot of the bed. We wanted to know what the difference was between the triple room and double room with an extra bed, since for us there is a big difference, especially when it is offered as different options. truth is that the explanation was not at all convincing since they said that this was the triple room (but we were left without knowing what the difference is between the triple room and double room with extra bed). In short, they defined it as "A WRONG UNDERSTANDING", to try to correct it, it must be said to honor the truth, that we were not charged for the parking, did not remove the discomfort that caused us that situation, because we also felt cheated and we had to raffle who slept in the supplementary.

Location, location, location. The Hotel Plaza Nueva in Granada is located on a Plaza. We opted for rooms with a view. The view provided multiple balconies over the Plaza in each room. We were also able to see the Alhambra. The plaza had numerious cafes and resturants, with shopping all around. It was also a short walk to the many other plazas. We ate at a Morroccan resturant not far from the hotel, it was great. It was a great hotel in a great locations.

A quaint little property, fairly clean, perfect location right in the center of Granada. Professional staff providing efficient services. Plentiful breakfast on toasted bread. The location in the very heart of the city. Based next to the Alhambra and Albaicin as well as Very close to bars.

I really enjoyed the charming atmosphere and super clean rooms at this hotel. The simple yet satisfying breakfast was a nice treat. Relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge. Just a heads up, there were times when no one was at the front desk, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

Certainly was convenient for transportation to the Alhambra and Generalife Gardens.
Driving into the center to reach the hotel was challenging and not for the faint of heart. The parking would have been inconvenient except that we had a handicap plaque, meaning we parked on the square and had an easy time bringing our bags to the hotel. The fact that breakfast was not in the hotel but at a restaurant across the way was surprising; if you paid for bed and breakfast, you had it there; otherwise, one could go elsewhere. Our room faced the Plaza, meaning we had to keep the window closed to sleep - to be expected, I guess, on a busy central Plaza. I would recommend the hotel as long as potential guests were aware of these things.

The staff was a very kind, polite correspondence. In the presence of the plaza, it was near also Alhambra.
The surrounding was not able to be noisy, and to sleep until the dawn. The road is narrow and difficult to go by car. Because the parking lot is also narrow, it is not easy to put in and out it.

I liked the style of the rooms & the furnishings & the fact that there were no carpets. It felt like I was staying in a hotel some 50 years ago, quite traditional in it's decor etc. Also the rooms were very spacious, with superb views.
It would have been nice to have had a greater choice at breakfast. But I enjoyed sitting outside.

Location Location Location!!! The hotel is in the best place to visit Alhambra and not to be left behind the town buzz in the evening. You can walk everywhere from here and no need to take your car from the parking. The room was basic with the touch of Andalusian decor and suited it's purpose very well. We had room to the side street so there were no noise issues, but the plaza facing rooms might be not suitable for light sleepers (especially those wishing to sleep with open windows)as Plaza Nueva gets crowded. Good value for money and extremely convenient place for short break.

Beautiful large room and large bathroom. Nicely furnished. We had room at back so quiet. Excellent location for seeing the sights. Free computer use. Great value. Restaurants in Plaza Nueva not great - go a little further.

It has a very good location right on the main town plaza and just 10 mins walk to the Al Hambra. Rooms are big and comfortable.
It didn't have wifi access in the rooms though it does have a computer in the lobby area which if free for hotel guests.

Our bedroom and bathroom was delightful and the central location was wonderful and helped us negotiate a strange city.
Slightly noisy at night but only to be expected in city centre
